Once a ticket has been issued, airline penalties and administration service fee of 25 US dollars will apply to any change or cancellations. These penalties vary from one airline to another.

Airline refunds (for refundable tickets only) will be processed by Shalom Travel and Tours Inc. A refund process might take between 6 to 8 weeks. An administrative fee of 25 US dollars will apply and will be deducted from all refunded amounts.

Once a passenger is booked and ticketed, it is the responsibility of the passenger to contact the airline to give frequent flyer information or to request special meals or to arrange seating on board the aircraft.

Shalom Travel & Tours Inc or any of its employees are not responsible for any passport or visa or any other documents required for the passengers travel. The passengers take full responsibility to obtain such documents.

Shalom Travel & Tours Inc nor any of its employees are responsible for any liability or damage due to the negligence or error of an airline, neither are we responsible for any changes in airline schedule or cancellation of flight.
